It is about negotiations between employees and business owners/ managers that lead to increased productivity and improved product quality in exchange for better pay and conditions of employment for workers. This three-month diploma program for Private & Public sector Organizations will equip participants with the latest tools and techniques for a better understanding of the basic IR functions and enhance the understanding of IRM & labor laws, focusing on individuals at all levels.

PROGRAM DURATION/DAYS
This Program is of 3-month duration. Classes will be held on Friday from 06:00 pm to 9:00 pm & Saturday from 05:00 pm to 08:00 pm.
