She is a seasoned HR professional and  possesses a diverse skill set with more than ten years of experience in one of the most reputed organizations in Pakistan. Her core areas of expertise are Developing HR and Administrative Policy Manuals, Training Need  Analysis, Performance Management System, Succession Planning and many other HR operational functions. Currently she is working with PIM in the capacity of Manager Program Office Lahore and intended to train and teach professionals for the enhancement of their skills of Human Resource Management & Development, Training & Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Business Communication and Economics.
